Who provides Easy NTFS
Grandma Jam provides the Easy NTFS software and product support. Website payments use Stripe Managed Payments; the merchant of record is identified as Link at checkout. Link’s payment terms also apply to the transaction.
Your license
A purchase gives you a non-exclusive, lifetime license for up to 5 Macs at a time, regardless of who owns those Macs. All future Easy NTFS updates are included. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Use your purchase email to access your key and manage activations.
You can release an activation to move to another Mac. To limit key abuse, a license can activate up to 10 new, unique Macs in a rolling 12-month period. Re-activating a recognized Mac does not consume another new-device allowance. Contact support if a repair or replacement causes a problem.
You may not resell license keys or circumvent the activation limits. Separate open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; nothing here limits rights granted under those licenses.
Trial and compatibility
The full website edition offers a 7-day trial without a payment card or automatic charge. Easy NTFS requires Apple Silicon and macOS 15.6 or later. Check compatibility and installer availability before purchasing. An App Store edition, when available, may have different functionality and a separate trial.
Price, payment and delivery
The current price is shown on the website and confirmed at checkout. VAT included where applicable. The final amount and any local-currency conversion are shown before you pay. Payment details are entered on the provider’s page. We do not receive your complete card number.
Confirm your email before payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the license is made available on the result page and in your license account. We also email a link to access it. No physical product is shipped. For payment or receipt questions, you can contact us or Link support.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our refund policy provides a voluntary 3-day refund window. It does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights or rights available through Link. These terms do not treat downloading the app as an automatic waiver of statutory withdrawal rights.
A refunded or disputed payment can result in revocation of the license and prevent new activations. If you believe this happened in error, contact support.
Working with your drives
Keep backups of important data. Formatting and partitioning can erase data; check the selected drive before confirming these operations. This guidance does not exclude responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
